We look forward with great joy and humility to participating in RDI's important work of putting rare and undiagnosed diseases on the agenda of international organizations and multilateral institutions such as the UN, ECOSOC, and WHO, as well as on the national agenda of every country around the world.
UDNI Undiagnosed Diseases Network International
The Wilhelm Foundation is one of the founders of the Undiagnosed Diseases Network International (UDNI), a network of specialists in diagnostics. The UDNI's Patient Engagement Group (PEG) includes organizations working for PLWUD and their families, many of which are umbrella organizations. The Wilhelm Foundation oversees a crucial section in the UDNI's Patient area where individuals who have undergone diagnostic evaluations at a UDP but remain undiagnosed can upload their medical information and photos, offering specialists the chance to identify potential conditions.
